Phase 1: Meet and thrive beyond global professional standards
Two-month professional training is designed to guide student on

Develop must-have soft skills (public speaking, leadership, teamwork, time management, etc.)

Implement effective “secret-sauce” job search strategy for international students such as three-dimension resume, authentic networking and heart-to-heart interview methods
Phase 2: Develop and master technical skills to stand out from other job applicants
Ten-month technical training is designed to have a dedicated career mentor worked one-on-one with each student bi-weekly. This phase will put the strategies they have learned from the first 2 month program into practices and help them to master technical skills, which specific jobs or industries require.
Our career mentors will help to connect students with the industries and evaluate their personal as well as professional growths along the way.
Who are mentors?
With 4 to 10 years of work experience in top companies listed below, our career mentors will guide you on how to deal effectively with real world job assignments and gain standardized work ethics, even when you are still in school.

How we measure your success
Your progress will be measured, following CPI grading framework throughout the training year, in order to make your profiles, professional and technical skills meet recruiting standards. Additional exercises might be applied if students underperform and/or cannot meet CPI Pass/Fail grades.
